Getting your children to eat healthy could be a challenging job in at this time’s world. Most of us are to busy to spend so much of time getting ready meals. Luckily, there are a lot of wholesome, fast and easy snacks we can prepare for our youngsters to maintain them strong and smiling.

I love cereal, so I really loved coming up with this snack thought. In a bowl, add about 1 cup of your favorite healthy wheat cereal (ex: wheat cheerios, oatmeal squares, and so forth.), about 1 tbsp of melted peanut butter, a drizzle of honey, and a small sprint of cinnamon.
